Da na daear byth ni phrisia',
'Perl a ge's sydd well na'r India;
  Iesu a'i drysor,
      dyna'r sylwedd,
  Nef y nefoedd yw y diwedd.

Goods nor earth shall ever value it,
The pearl I got is better than India;
  Jesus and his treasure,
